A clothes steamer designed for the home
The Gecko-Steamer® G200 combines the essential qualities of a high-performance clothes steamer: high-pressure steam capable of removing creases from all fabrics, a lightweight, easy-to-handle steam diffuser for working on every part of a garment, and great ease of use.
Its robust design, double telescopic pole and stable base make it possible to steam shirts and trousers as well as jackets, coats and thick fabrics, without an ironing board.
Powerful, practical and built to last, the G200 offers a complete solution for caring for the whole family's clothes.
The power of steam
Effective steam depends on the balance between temperature, steam flow rate and the force with which the steam is projected.
At home: creases are difficult to remove. Repeated washing, intensive spin cycles and tumble drying compress the fibres and set the creases.
The force of steam: Produced at 4 bar, the steam passes through tightly packed fibres to relax fabrics deep down, where low-pressure steam remains more on the surface.
Design details and accessories
Heated soleplate with thermostat
The active soleplate eliminates all condensation. The temperature can be adjusted to adapt contact to delicate fabrics.
High-performance non-stick coating
Soleplate treatment ensuring smooth gliding over all fabrics.
Double telescopic pole & hanger
The two vertical poles support the weight of the heaviest garments (coats, jackets) without bending. The extendable hanger adjusts to the shoulder width of garments and includes skirt and trouser clips.
Removable brush
Attaches directly to the steam diffuser head to open up dense fibres, remove dust from coats and help steam penetrate woollen fabrics.
Practical details
Works with tap water
The appliance works with tap water, with no requirement to use demineralised water. Periodically rinsing the boiler with clean water allows limescale deposits to be removed naturally.
Stability on the floor
The wide, flat, anti-tip base ensures a stable footing throughout use, particularly with heavy garments.
Steam diffuser protection
A rigid storage shell attached to the pole allows the steam diffuser to be stored safely.
