To organise the return of your order, please first verify your eligibility and carefully read the procedure described below. This page is intended to guide you clearly and prevent any error that could delay or prevent the processing of your request.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers, defined as natural persons acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, craft or professional activity.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional customers, nor to orders concerning products intended for professional use, even when purchased by a natural person.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products marketed for domestic use.
You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason. This period starts from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the order.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products returned in their original condition: unused, clean, complete, and returned with all accessories, manuals, original packaging and protective materials.
Products returned incomplete, damaged, dirty, showing signs of use or not complying with these conditions may be refused and may result in a rejection of the refund.
If a returned product has been used (water filling, heating or operation), a fixed contribution of €30 may be deducted from the refund to cover unavoidable technical costs (safety inspection, boiler check, cleaning and reconditioning). This deduction does not apply to products with a value below €100.
Any return must be accompanied by the withdrawal form, duly completed, dated and signed. Any return without this form or with an incomplete form cannot be processed.
Refunds are issued within a maximum period of 14 days following validation of the return’s conformity by our services. Additional delivery charges for shipments outside mainland France, as well as specific delivery options (home or workplace delivery), are not refunded.
Product Returns
All product returns must be carried out exclusively within the framework of the applicable right of withdrawal and in strict compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. However, if a defect covered by the legal conformity warranty is confirmed after technical inspection, return shipping costs may be reimbursed up to a maximum of €15, corresponding to the average cost of standard national transport.
Coverage of transport costs is limited to national shipments. Additional costs related to international, express or non-standard transport are not reimbursed.

Only goods received with signature will be considered delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain proof of shipment and delivery.
Any return not complying with the above rules may be refused and will not be processed, without prior notice.
