SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Daily shipping from our warehouse in France

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in France.

Purchases delivered to a country within the European Union are invoiced including all taxes.
Purchases delivered to a country outside the European Union are invoiced excluding taxes. Any customs duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges are payable by the importer.

Shipping Monday to Friday

Orders are shipped daily, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France.

Any order placed and paid for from Monday to Friday before 12:00 noon is shipped the same day, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed and paid for on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday are shipped on the next working day.

Our carriers

Our main transport partners are La Poste, DPD and DB Schenker.

Delivery times

The vast majority of the destinations we serve are delivered within 48 hours from the time the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Delivery times may be longer for certain destinations requiring air transport, particularly islands, or customs-clearance formalities, such as Switzerland.

TRACK YOUR PARCEL

From dispatch to delivery

As soon as your order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking link and your parcel number.

You can then follow its progress through to delivery.

On receipt, please check the condition of your parcel. In the event of visible damage or deterioration, immediately make the necessary reservations with the carrier.
