At Gecko-Steamer®, we believe that the quality of a clothes steamer is not defined by a commercial promise alone. It is measured through real use: efficiency, reliability, durability and satisfaction after receiving the product.
To give you a clear point of reference, we regularly monitor a simple indicator: the real choice made by customers to keep their purchase after receiving and evaluating it.

A figure based on real orders
Out of the last 2,000 orders placed on our official website, only 34 products were returned. This represents a retention rate of 98.3%.
This indicator applies to our online sales, made up of approximately 60% professional purchases and 40% purchases for home use. It therefore reflects a mixed customer base, with a significant share of professional users.
For us, this figure is a concrete benchmark: a customer orders, receives their appliance, evaluates it in real conditions of use, then decides to keep it.

Appliances designed to meet real needs
Our job is first and foremost to meet concrete needs: removing creases effectively, saving time, preserving textiles and providing a reliable appliance for everyday use.
We do not design a clothes steamer only to make it look good. We design it to be useful, functional, durable and available when the user needs it.
This requirement is reflected in the attention paid to equipment reliability, maintenance, repairability and spare parts availability.
Customer reviews
Why we do not publish customer reviews on our website
We have chosen not to integrate a public customer review system on our website. Not because customer feedback does not matter, but because online reviews have become difficult for consumers to interpret.
Stars, average ratings and published comments can be influenced by collection methods, moderation rules, commercial solicitations or the presence of fake reviews. In this context, we prefer to highlight a more direct indicator.
